Description

CLS02 counterbalanced mechanical weight switches are heavy-duty products with an IP66 sealing class. They are used in process steel mill cranes.

The impact effect is a critical factor that mechanical structures must avoid. Collisions of high-energy structures can cause damage. To prevent these collisions, mechanical weight limit switches are used. These switches are preferred as direct or additional safety devices. Due to the potential for electronic switches to fail under harsh conditions, mechanical weight switches are used as the ultimate safety device.

Weight switches ensure that crane hooks only rise to a certain height and prevent them from going higher. This operation is performed using weight balance and the force of gravity, and it completely cuts off the crane's power at the set position. This process is carried out with a universal load cut-off switch. Our designs are made considering the working conditions and environmental factors of crane maintenance teams.
