Production

In our production line, we use vacuum-treated and crack-tested, quality-certified cold drawn raw materials. Cutting is performed in an automatic cutting unit, followed by necessary mechanical turning operations. The materials are then processed through hot forming methods and shaped in our rolling unit. Depending on the product characteristics, heat treatment is applied, and coating processes are carried out within our facilities.

We manufacture according to TSE, DIN, ISO, ASTM, and BS standards and offer custom production based on customer requirements. In addition to our bolt production unit, we successfully execute a wide range of mechanical productions on our CNC-controlled turning machines and revolver lathes. We also produce stud and anchor bolts in various diameters and qualities.

We can produce bolts in sizes ranging from M 12 to M 72 and up to 1000 mm in length, while studs can be produced in sizes ranging from M 8 to M 220. Detailed inspections and interim checks are performed at every stage of production, ensuring continuous control over the manufacturing process.

Mechanical Properties and Materials

Bolts: According to ISO 898-1; grades 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 5.8, 6.6, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9. According to ASTM standards; ASTM A 325M, ASTM A 490M, SAE 429, etc.

According to EN 10269; materials such as 42 CrMo4 QT, 21CrMoV5 7 QT, etc.

Studs and Anchor Bolts: According to ISO 898-1; grades 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 5.8, 6.6, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9.

According to ASTM standards; grades Gr 5, 8, B7, B7M, L7, L7M, B8, B8M, B16, ASTM A30, ASTM F1554 Gr.36, Gr.55, Gr.105, etc.

Coatings: We offer coatings in compliance with standards and custom thicknesses, including Cr +3 galvanizing, Geomet®, hot-dip galvanizing, phosphate coating, and other coating types.
